Rob Marois Joins Babcock Canada as Senior Business Development Manager – Land

We are delighted to announce that Rob Marois has joined Babcock Canada as Senior Business Development Manager – Land.

Serving for 32 years in the military, both in the regular and reserve forces, Rob brings extensive operational experience within the Canadian Army as well as at senior governance levels of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). Rob has deployed on several international and domestic operations, leading multifunctional teams in places such as Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, and Afghanistan, as well as combating floods and other natural disasters in Canada.

A strategic planner, Rob has led teams of military and other governmental department teams in support of a variety of DND and CAF initiatives, including his most recent role, Director of the Canadian Armed Forces Grievance System.

Highlights of Rob’s career include his time as Commanding Officer of the Senior Serving Regular Force Armored Regiment, The Royal Canadian Dragoons, as well as a variety of key staff positions in the Canadian Army Headquarters and Canadian Army Doctrine and Training Centre.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Masters of Defence Studies from the Royal Military College of Canada.
