- Delivering world leading HF Communications capability for the New Zealand Defence Forces through the Fixed High Frequency Radio Refresh program.
- Operating and enhancing Australia’s Defence High Frequency communications system.
- Managing and operating SKYNET, the UK Ministry of Defence’s military satellite communications capability.

Built around Babcock’s Intelligent Network and Serial Protocol Interface for Radio Equipment (INSPIRE) Control system
Developed by Babcock, Inspire is software that enables users to integrate existing, current, and emerging technologies and is fully compatible with current and emerging wideband MIL-STD and STANAG communication protocols, as well as the latest software defined radio and modem solutions to support unique waveforms.
To deliver a solution that will meet the needs of the Canadian Armed Forces, Babcock has established a team, largely comprised of Canadian small and medium-sized businesses, called Team Inspire.
Led by Babcock with the integration of INSPIRE, each organization has been identified and engaged to develop key sovereign capabilities with high-potential subject matter expert who can support the development of a truly Canadian capability.
