In partnership with the Victoria Royals Hockey Club, Babcock is thrilled to announce that we will be returning to the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre to celebrate the 4th annual Military Appreciation Month.
About the Victoria Royals:
Established in 2011, the Victoria Royals are a major junior ice hockey team in the B.C. Division of the Western Conference in the Western hockey League. With a deeply rooted passion for hockey, the team doing well on the ice is only one measure of success.
The Victoria Royals are committed to the communities around them and work closely with local partners who make a positive impact. Their staff and players actively volunteer in the community and work closely with partners to include them on game day in a variety of ways.

What is Military Family Appreciation Month?
As part of Babcock’s and the Victoria Royals commitments to support the communities in which they live and work, the month of November is a time to recognize Military members and their families for all that they do to support the mission of the Canadian Armed Forces.
Throughout the month of November, the Babcock and the Victoria Royals provide discounted tickets to military members and their families and host Military Family Appreciation Night.
What is Military Appreciation Night:
Held at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre on November 10th 2023, CAF Military Appreciation Night will feature an exciting game between the Victoria Royals and the Seattle Thunderbirds.
During the game, the Victoria Royals will be wearing their military themed jerseys which will later be auctioned off. All proceeds from the jerseys as well as a 50/50 draw will go towards the CFB Esquimalt Military Family Resource Centre to help support their vital programming for local military members and their families.
The evening will also feature floor activations including military vehicles, members from local military units, and activities.
To support Military Family Appreciation Night, Babcock will be donating 150 tickets to military members and their families to attend the game.
