National Transition exCHANGE 2017

Babcock Canada will be exhibiting at the National Transition exCHANGE conference and career fair in the National Capital Region on Friday, September 15th.

Organized by Canada Company, the National Transition exCHANGE is an annual conference and career fair designed to support veterans, military spouses, and military members in transition to the civilian workforce. This year’s event will take place from 08:30 am to 4:00 pm and will be held at the Hilton Lac Leamy in Gatineau, Quebec.

The morning session consists of relevant keynote speakers, panel discussions and the launch of the innovative METPathfinder digital platform.  The afternoon features the successful CareerConnect fair, where Babcock Canada and 70 to 80 additional Employer Partners with current career opportunities are available to meet veterans, Spouses, and military members.

Babcock Canada is a proud member of the Canada Company Military Employment Transition (MET) and METSpouse programs, a coalition of organizations committed to helping Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and military spouses find meaningful employment in the civilian workplace. The programs are a bridge between the Canadian Armed Forces and more than 250 Canadian Companies eager to hire skilled veterans, reservists and military spouses.
