In 2024, Babcock proudly launched an apprenticeship program in Manitoba. This program spans three years and offers a unique opportunity for nine apprentices to gain valuable experience on our aircraft fleet.

Each year, three new apprentices will join us, while three apprentices will graduate as Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs). This program provides an in-company solution to AME labour force challenges and offers a pathway to a rewarding career in the aviation industry.
