Join Babcock at the 2021 Indigenous Inclusion panel during the Canadian Aerospace and Defence virtual webinar

Babcock is pleased to announce Jennifer Leng, Project Lead: Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) and Indigenous Engagement, will be participating in a virtual panel discussing Indigenous Inclusion within Canadian Aerospace and Defence on Tuesday, January 26 at 13:00 ET.

This insightful virtual panel will discuss Indigenous Inclusion within the Aerospace and Defence Sector that can help you increase your value proposition. The event will provide insight for Small-Medium Enterprises, Prime Contractors, ITB Managers and Human Resources Managers.

Jennifer joined Babcock in 2019 as the Project Lead on ITB, Value Proposition (VP), and Indigenous Engagement. She is responsible for supporting the development of a long term vision and plan for Babcock’s ITB/VP and Indigenous Engagement Program.

Prior to joining Babcock, Ms. Leng worked in the Federal Government, and has been involved with Canada’s ITB/VP and Industrial Regional Benefits policies since 2006. She has extensive experience with these policies, as well as a good understanding of the Canadian defence sector.
